On which course are you a tutor? I am a Digital Skills Tutor and currently I teach the Computers for You course at Wells and the ECDL class at Bridgwater.

Why did you become a tutor? I became a tutor as I was interested in sharing what a computer can do. At the time I started as a tutor I was teaching Photoshop and Web Design.

What do you think is the most interesting aspect of the course you deliver? The most interesting part of the course is the interaction with the students and sharing the new developments which take place in the computing world all the time.

What experiences of your own do you bring to the course? I have a wealth of experience gained from working as a photographer and filmmaker and have a love of travel which I try and incorporate into my class resources.

What do you love about working for Somerset Skills and Learning? Working for SS&L you meet a lot of great people and it is really rewarding to teach people new skills and techniques which they can use in the real world.

What advice would you give to anyone considering your course? If you are new to computing and would like to start then I would definitely recommend a beginners class like Computers for You.

If you were stuck in a lift with someone, who would it be and why? It would be Ray Mears as I'm sure he's got some interesting stories and I'm sure I could learn a few survival tips.

What is your most annoying habit? I don't think I have any, but if you come to one of my classes and you find one, you can tell me!
