Content & Digital Marketing Executive
Part-time or Full-time Role / Salary DOE

Flexible Somerset Work Base + Excellent benefits

A great opportunity for an experienced content & digital marketing executive to join a growing education provider in Somerset. This role reports to the Head of Marketing & Communications and will support the growth of digital marketing for the company.

We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who is energetic and can work autonomously. Someone who can bring fresh and interesting ideas to our company. You'll need to be able to write engaging content and edit blogs, as well as have sound overall digital experience. The aim of the role is to engage with B2B & B2C audiences to increase enrolments in the qualification and leisure courses we offer.

Specifically you will:

  • Develop & deliver a social media marketing plan
  • Create varied and vibrant content for digital and social media channels, including video
  • Maintain and update the company website content
  • Identify and manage online advertising & partnership opportunities
  • Provide input into wider marketing projects/initiatives
  • Support Head of Marketing on bespoke projects
  • Generate and deliver reports and analysis

The successful candidate must have:

  • Min 12 months digital marketing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to create and write engaging content
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, PPC & SEO
  • Thorough understanding of online marketing concepts
  • Experience in managing social media
  • Proven skills in increasing social media engagement
  • A creative flair
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • Team working
  • Digital Marketing Qualification preferred

This is a terrific opportunity for someone to expand their digital marketing career - or for a more senior person to work flexibly part-time - to develop a relatively new area for the organisation. You'll be aiming to raise the profile of this varied education provider in the digital environment. We are a small marketing team with expectations of commitment and pro-activity and in return you'll receive flexibility and autonomy to do your job effectively.
